marley carroll - Chroma Falls
A good reminder that we don't have to pretend to know every artist. marley carroll, 'Chroma Falls', on Melanaster Records, out August 21, 2026.
It's percussion led and busy at 122 BPM, and the first few minutes of this I was waiting for it to settle.
I was listening for a drop. Once I stopped waiting for one, it turned into something I actually wanted to hear again, which is the whole reason to keep doing this column, sometimes the record is smarter than you are.
No idea who marley carroll is. Doesn't matter.
Goes atGoes late, once the room has stopped waiting for anything to resolve.
Spotify and Apple Music have it.
