Lipless, Catching Fire (Little Foot Extended Remix)

Little Foot’s extended mix is the one on Lipless’ new single. Track three. There’s this extra two minutes of breakdown and it just sits there, letting the low end do something.

It’s got space. The vocal gets to stretch. The percussion breathes. And then when that kick comes back it means something again.

The Little Foot Remix as track one is fine, does the usual thing you expect.

The original on track two counts, I won’t move the goalposts on that, it’s the real song.

But the extended one? That’s the keeper. That’s the one I’m coming back to.
